VOORHEES FIRE MESSAGE BOARD RULES AND POLICIES
This message board is to share information, and talk about issues concerning Fire and EMS activities. In no way should anyone be
personally attacked, slandered, or berated on this board. Keep in mind that this board reflects the Voorhees Fire District and its
members. Anyone that does not follow the message board rules will be blocked, and banned from the board. THIS IS YOUR ONLY
WARNING!! If anyone has a concern or complaint about another member or a post, please contact an Moderator or the webmaster
immediately.
REGISTRATION
• Registration to use the forum is free and provided by proboards.com.
• By registering, users agree to abide by the policies governing the operation of the voorheesfire.com forum, which are set out here.
• When users register, they must choose a unique user name and provide a unique, valid email address. Duplicate user names and
email addresses are not allowed, so if the name or address entered is already in use, the user will be prompted to choose another
one.
• To prevent any user from using another's active user name, each user's account is password protected with email verification. When
users register, a randomly generated password will be sent to the email address provided.
• Once users get their password, they may edit their profile to change it to one of their choice. They may also change the email
address in their profile. HOWEVER, if they do, a new, randomly generated password will be sent to that address.
• Entering an invalid email address will cause the user name to become unusable by anyone, INCLUDING YOURSELF, until the
information in the account is manually corrected by a moderator or administrator.
• The webmaster reserves the right to revoke the registration of chronic offenders of the policies set forth here. Once banned from
the forum, these users will permanently be unable to post messages, respond to threads, or in any way actively participate on the
boards.
POLICIES
• Users of the Bulletin Boards are not permitted to post any material, or links to any material, which they know to be false and/or
defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's
privacy, or that otherwise violates any law — local, state, federal, or international.
• Users cannot post any copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright holder, unless such copyright is owned
by that same user.
• Advertisements (including those buying and/or selling), chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations will not be allowed on the
boards and will be promptly deleted. Postings of any commercial nature will be removed. Removal is at the discretion of the
webmaster.
• Objectionable messages will be edited or removed at the webmaster's discretion, according to but not limited to the criteria
described here. Any user who believes that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email.
Upon receipt of such notification, we will make every effort to take such action as we deem necessary within a reasonable period of
time. Since this is a manual process, users are advised that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
• Voorheesfire.com — and its forum by extension — reserves the right to edit or delete any message for any reason whatsoever, at
our sole discretion.
• Messages that do not relate to the topic of a particular board and offer no useful information to fellow posters will be deleted.
• Messages that do not relate to the topic of one board but are related to another board's topic may be moved at the webmaster's
discretion.
• Messages that constitute "troll" postings to instigate debate or conflict on irrelevant points will be permanently deleted.

• Any message posted on the voorheesfire.com Forum expresses only the views of the author of the message and does not
necessarily reflect the views of the voorheesfire.com or any other associated person(s) or entity.
• The forum uses moderators and administrators to monitor the content and appearance of messages posted on them. However,
considering the real-time nature of this forum system, it is impossible for us to monitor or review every message. Therefore, users
agree that neither these boards, nor any person(s) or entity associated with them, will be held responsible for the content, accuracy,
completeness, validity, nor character of any information posted here.
• Users are solely responsible for the content of their messages, and in registering they agree to indemnify and hold harmless the
voorheesfire.com, its forum, and all affiliates with respect to any claim based upon the appearance and/or transmission of users'
messages.
• Voorheesfire.com strongly discourages the visible posting of personal email addresses and phone numbers within the body of a

right to reveal your identity and any other information we may know about you.
